What You Need to Rent from DRIVERGE

Minimum Age
Drivers must be at least 21 years old. An additional young driver fee may apply in certain cases.
Valid Driver’s License
A valid driver’s license issued at least 1 year ago. The license must be in Latin script or accompanied by an official translation.
Identification Document
A valid passport or national ID card.
Payment Method
A valid credit or debit card is required. Payment is also available in cash in the local currency (GEL), as well as in US dollars and rubles via SBP.
About Bookings
After booking on the website, you will receive a confirmation with rental details. A manager will contact you to clarify details and provide final confirmation.

The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). However, we offer discounts for longer rentals: 5% off for 3+ days; 8.3% for 5+ days; 16.7% for 11+ days; 21.7% for 21+ days; and 30% off for 31+ days.
Border crossing is allowed to certain neighboring countries with prior approval and additional insurance. Please contact us at least 48 hours before rental to arrange the necessary documents. Additional fees may apply.
You will need a valid driver’s license (issued at least 1 year ago), passport or national ID card. International clients may require an International Driving Permit or a valid Latin-script translation.
We operate a fixed fuel level policy. You will receive the car with 1/4 or 1/2 fuel level and must return it at the same level. If returned with less fuel, a refueling fee will be charged.
All our cars come with unlimited mileage within Georgia.
You can make a booking via our website, by phone +995 551 32 00 01, or via WhatsApp. Simply select your car, choose the pick-up and return dates and locations, enter your details, and you will receive instant confirmation.
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking free of charge. However, please notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours before the rental starts. Contact us as soon as possible to make changes.
We recommend booking 3-7 days in advance, especially during peak tourist season (June-September) to ensure availability of your preferred car. However, last-minute bookings are also accepted if there are available vehicles.
In some cases, a small advance payment or deposit may be required to confirm your booking. The remaining amount is payable upon collection.
All rentals include full vehicle insurance.
In case of an accident, immediately call our emergency hotline (+995 551 32 00 01) and the police. Do not leave the scene or move the vehicle. We will guide you through the process and arrange assistance. Complete all required documents and obtain a police report.
Our insurance covers most collision damage. However, damage caused by reckless driving, driving under the influence, off-road driving (unless specified), or traffic violations is not covered. Tire, windscreen, and undercarriage damage may require additional coverage.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards, and cash (USD, EUR, GEL, RUB).
The deposit ranges from $0 to $500 depending on the car class. Economy and family cars do not require a deposit. This procedure may be required for premium or VIP cars. The deposit is held by the company until the car is returned and will be refunded after final inspection.
There are no hidden fees. All costs are clearly stated before booking. Rental price includes basic insurance and unlimited mileage. Additional fees may apply for extra options (Additional Driver, Vehicle Evacuation Alert, etc.), delivery, one-way rental, or if you return the car with less fuel than provided.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for early returns as the rental period was reserved for you. However, if you need to extend your rental, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
